Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 5 years of related experience or advanced degree with 3+ years in analytics.
  • Quantitative background with statistical and/or modeling expertise preferred.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, or SQL and experience with data manipulation and modeling pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and deploy statistical and machine learning models for propensity scoring, next-best-action, LTV, and churn prediction.
  • Build predictive models for personalized marketing campaigns and Segment-of-One experiences.
  • Construct forecasting models across sales, customer, channel, and product data.
  • Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across digital touchpoints and product ecosystems.
  • Build, automate, and maintain scalable data pipelines for large structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Cleanse, integrate, evaluate, and extract data from disparate sources.
  • Ensure data integrity and reliability for reporting and BI dashboards.
  • Analyze complex business issues using mathematical and scientific methods.
  • Develop strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Identify customer and market trends and generate business ideas.
  • Support product positioning initiatives.
  • Translate technical findings into non-technical business insights.
  • Develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes.
  • Report to a Manager or Senior Manager.
  • Mentor or supervise one or two staff members.

Job description

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field plus 5+ years of relevant industry experience, or Master's/Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience
  • Statistical and/or quantitative background preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SAS, or SQL
  • Experience with complex data manipulation, algorithmic modeling, machine learning architecture, and pipeline development
  • Experience building, testing, and deploying machine learning models
  • Experience conducting hypothesis testing
  • Experience automating data cleansing and integration
  • Experience collaborating with IT to deploy analytical solutions into production
  • Expertise designing complex A/B tests, power calculations, and geo-lift/incrementality studies
  • Experience building predictive customer models for LTV, churn, and segmentation
  • Experience with marketing measurement frameworks such as attribution or MMM using advanced SQL and Python
  • Technical leadership, data architecture, and governance knowledge
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction on complex business problems
  • Google Analytics (GA4) preferred
  • Familiarity with cloud analytics infrastructure (GCP) preferred
  • Tableau and Power BI preferred
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics preferred
  • Adobe platforms including AEM, Adobe Target, and Magento preferred
  • Ability to mentor, train, and instruct up to two less experienced staff members
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must reside in the United States at the time of hire
  • Visa sponsorship is not supported
