Biogen is seeking a Senior Data Science Manager for Predictive Analytics & AI in the US Commercial space. The hybrid role partners with Insights & Analytics, Enterprise Data Management, IT, and Medical Affairs to deliver predictive models and AI solutions that drive data-driven decisions across the U.S.

Commercial organization. The role emphasizes leadership in AI/DS, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and governance of model development and deployment to enable commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field with several years of data science experience.
• Proven experience supporting commercial/pharma/biotech organizations in the US.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL; advanced ML/analytics techniques.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development and validation of ML and predictive analytics solutions for U.S. Commercial.
• Select and deploy statistical, ML, and AI methods to generate actionable patient and provider insights.
• Establish model governance, monitoring and continuous improvement practices.
• Develop analytics to segment patients, predict treatment initiation, adherence, and provider engagement strategies.
• Communicate complex findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Manage external vendors and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
