Job summary

The role partners with Insights & Analytics, IT, and Medical Affairs to develop predictive models and analytics that inform strategic decisions and drive commercial growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in data science or related field; or Master's with 3+ years.
• 3+ years supporting US Commercial organizations within pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and validation of ML and predictive analytics solutions for US Commercial.
• Evaluate needs and implement statistical, ML and AI methodologies to reveal insights on patients and provider behavior.
• Monitor governance, model performance and continuous improvement; manage external vendors.
