Job summary

Qualifications
- BA or BS degree minimum; Masters degree preferred.
- 7+ years analytics development experience in healthcare.
- Experience with health care EMR/claims systems (Epic/Clarity, Facets, Amisys, IDX/Soarian).
- Strong SQL, R, Python, SAS, Java/MapReduce skills.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, SAP/BO, MicroStrategy.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes data requests from multiple internal sources and ensures accuracy.
- Works with staff to identify reporting and BI tool requirements.
- Develops analytics, reports, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentors junior analysts and leads project initiatives.
- Collaborates with IT to improve Mount Sinai's integrated data warehouse and data quality.
