Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive business and decision-support experience.
• Working knowledge of healthcare EMR systems (Epic/Clarity, aCW, etc.) and payor data.
• Knowledge of New York Medicaid and CMS Medicare reporting requirements.
• Strong data mining skills with SQL, R, Python, SAS, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, prepares, and reconciles basic organizational data and information for management review.
• Prepares monthly or quarterly reports and presentations as required.
• Advances the organization’s ability to meet key strategic initiatives.
• Updates monthly metrics and reports trends.
• Assists in feasibility studies and business plans for new developments.
• Documents current operations and recommends new procedures.
• Presents findings and recommendations with diagrams and documents.
• Supports market research, demand/supply analyses, and demographic studies for leadership decisions.
• Tracks research grants and performs density/grant analyses several times a year.
• Monitors project timelines and budgets; performs other duties as needed.
