Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years progressive business and decision support experience.
• Working knowledge of a health care EMR such as Epic/Clarity.
• Knowledge of the New York State Medicaid and CMS Medicare regulations and related reporting requirements.
• Strong data mining skills using SQL, R, Python, SAS, Java/MapReduce, Aster, etc.

Responsibilities

• Gather, prepare, and reconcile organizational data for management review.
• Prepare monthly or quarterly reports and presentations.
• Support strategic initiatives and track metrics.
• Update monthly metrics and trend reports.
• Assist in feasibility studies and business plans for new developments.
• Document operations and propose new procedures.
• Prepare diagrams illustrating operations and present findings.
• Assist with market research and analyses for senior leadership.
• Monitor research grants density and grants analysis.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets.
• Perform other duties as required.
