Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Lead Data Science Analyst to join our GTM Strategic Analytics & Insights team. You will build and maintain advanced predictive and inferential models, and develop AI-first solutions unlocking insights across the pre and post Sales lifecycle.

You will partner with GTM leadership to shape measurement, forecasting, and customer intelligence, translating complex analyses into executive-ready narratives and delivering scalable analytics across pre-sales, onboarding, expansion,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics or data science, preferably SaaS.
• Deep expertise in statistical inference and modeling (regression, classification, boosting, clustering).
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/LLM-based solutions and RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with distributed code projects and Git.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; working knowledge of dbt.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain predictive and time-series models across use cases such as demand forecasting and customer propensity.
• Lead rigorous statistical analyses to surface actionable signals from large datasets.
• Develop AI-first analyses and tooling using LLMs and RAG to automate insights.
• Own end-to-end forecasting and production-ready data pipelines with scalable architectures.
• Communicate insights with executive-ready narratives and dashboards across teams.
