Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior reporting professional to lead the development and delivery of our enterprise reporting strategy. You will build complex t-SQL queries, create reports and visualizations, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with business and technology teams.

Required are 5+ years of reporting experience, 2+ years in CRE or related field, and expertise in SSRS. SDLC and agile experience are preferred; remote-friendly with strong communication and time management.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of reporting experience preferred, with 1+ years in mentorship role.
• Expertise building t-SQL statements is required.
• Expertise in SSRS is required.
• 2+ years commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology team members to expand the reporting platform.
• Follow the software development lifecycle of the reporting platform.
• Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures and queries to extract data.
• Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations.
• Mentor, review, improve and ensure junior staff quality of work.
• Prompt and regular attendance is required.
