Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior reporting professional to build and deliver our enterprise reporting strategy. You will collaborate with business leaders, vendors and client services to capture requirements, create reports, and share insights across the organization and clients.

The role emphasizes expanding data availability through data lakes, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high-quality analytics, with a remote-friendly, global scope.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry/relevant experience.
• 5+ years of reporting experience with 1+ year in mentorship.
• Expertise building t-SQL statements.
• Expertise in SSRS.
• 2+ years commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with CRE loan servicing and Enterprise!
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented and prompt attendance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and tech teams to expand the reporting platform.
• Follow the software development lifecycle of the reporting platform.
• Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures to extract data.
• Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations.
• Mentor and review junior staff quality of work.
• Prompt and regular attendance is required.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
