Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior BI and reporting professional to lead the building and ongoing delivery of the company's enterprise reporting strategy. You will design data extracts, develop reports, and collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and client service managers to ensure a high-quality product.

The role requires expert t-SQL and SSRS skills, 5+ years in reporting and CRE knowledge, and a knack for mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience; at least 1 year in an Associate level role.
• 5+ years of reporting experience; 1+ year in mentorship role.
• Expertise building t-SQL statements is required.
• Expertise in SSRS is required.
• 2+ years commercial real estate experience required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with CRE loan servicing and Enterprise! (PNC/Midland CRE Servicing).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology team members to expand the reporting platform.
• Follow the software development lifecycle of the reporting platform.
• Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures and queries to extract data.
• Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations.
• Mentor, review, improve and ensure junior staff quality of work.
• Prompt and regular attendance is required.
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.
