SitusAMC is seeking an experienced BI/Reporting Lead to drive the building and delivery of our enterprise reporting strategy. The role builds the processes involved in reporting and may mentor staff.

You will work closely with business leaders, vendors and client service managers to capture requirements, create and administer reports, and ensure a quality product. The role requires 5+ years of experience in reporting, expertise in t-SQL and SSRS, 2+ years in commercial real estate, and mentoring

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.
• 5+ years of reporting experience preferred, with 1+ years in mentorship role.
• Expertise building t-SQL statements is required.
• Expertise in SSRS is required.
• 2+ years commercial real estate required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with CRE loan servicing and Enterprise! (PNC/Midland CRE Servicing)
• Strong time management and communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong analytical ability, good judgment; strategic and multidimensional thinker.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business and technology team members to expand the reporting platform.
• Follow the software development lifecycle of the reporting platform.
• Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures and queries to extract data.
• Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations.
• Mentor, review, improve and ensure junior staff quality of work.
• Prompt and regular attendance is required.
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.
