SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned Reporting/BI professional to lead enterprise reporting initiatives. The role focuses on expanding the reporting platform, building complex t-SQL queries, and delivering data visuals for business users and clients.

You will collaborate with business leaders and technology teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure high quality outputs. A strong CRE/real estate background and SSRS proficiency are required.

Competenze

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.
• 5+ years of reporting experience preferred, with 1+ years in mentorship role.
• Expertise building T-SQL statements is required.
• Expertise in SSRS is required.
• 2+ years commercial real estate experience required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with CRE loan servicing and Enterprise! (PNC/Midland CRE Servicing).
• Strong time management and communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong analytical ability, good judgment; strategic and multidimensional thinker.

• Partner with business and technology team members to expand the reporting platform.
• Follow the software development lifecycle of the reporting platform.
• Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures and queries to extract data.
• Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations.
• Mentor, review, improve and ensure junior staff quality of work.
