Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Business Analyst II to provide advanced reporting and analytics support across Collections, Recovery, and Credit Risk operations. You will develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Excel, and partner with stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, IS, analytics, CS.
Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analytics, or related fields.
Experience translating business needs into reporting and analytical solutions.
Proven ability to work with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, monitor, and enhance operational and executive reporting across multiple domains.
Extract, analyze, validate, and reconcile data using SQL and reporting tools; build dashboards and scorecards.
Collaborate with business, technology, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Prepare executive-level presentations and management reporting packages for leadership and governance committees.
Identify automation opportunities and drive procedural improvements with cross-functional teams.
