Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting business processes and delivering data solutions.
• SQL and Tableau experience preferred; ability to translate requirements into reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting across risk, collections, and portfolios.
• Build dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and other tools.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into solutions.
• Analyze processes and data for improvements and regulatory compliance.
• Lead projects, migrations, and testing; support implementation.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and management reports.
