Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Business Analyst 2 to provide advanced support for critical reporting and analytics across Collections, Recovery, Bankruptcy, and related areas. You will use SQL and Tableau to develop dashboards, automated reports, and executive analyses, partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities include process analysis, data validation, regulatory alignment, and creation of management reporting

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite.
• Experience with SQL, database querying, data analysis, and reporting tools (Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience developing dashboards, executive reporting, KPIs, scorecards, and presentations.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting/analytical solutions.
• Knowledge of Collections, Recovery, Bankruptcy, Repossession, Loss Mitigation, Default Operations, Credit Administration, or similar financial services.
• Experience supporting system implementations, reporting conversions, testing, and data validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present findings to leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational, analytical, regulatory, and executive reporting.
• Utilize SQL and reporting platforms to extract, analyze, and interpret data; build dashboards and visualizations.
• Partner with stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Analyze processes, identify improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and performance dashboards for leadership and audits.
