Job summary

Bandhan Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst to own the reporting layer for client accounts, building and evolving dashboards that translate paid media data into actionable insights. You’ll be on calls, explaining methodology and ensuring accuracy with analytics leads, media strategists, and platform specialists.

You’ll design scalable reporting frameworks, work with SQL, Python, and BI tools, and help streamline pipelines while maintaining QA and clear client communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in data, analytics, or reporting
• Proficiency in a modern BI/dashboarding tool and building dashboards from scratch
• Strong SQL skills with joins, aggregations, window functions, and debugging
• Hands-on experience with paid media data from at least two platforms
• Working knowledge of Python for data wrangling and automation
• Understanding of core media metrics (impressions, CPM, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
• Attention to detail and a QA mindset
• Comfort communicating directly with clients

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client-facing dashboards translating multi-platform media data into performance views
• Own the reporting cadence: weekly pacing, monthly summaries, ad hoc analyses
• Design scalable reporting frameworks
• Document data logic and methodology for auditable outputs
