This role develops and maintains reporting solutions to support program performance in the Paid Leave division, working with data analytics tools to inform policy decisions and drive improvements. Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years of experience extracting/transforming data from relational databases and visualizing data using Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with SQL and Excel.
• Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards.
• Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop, Manage and Maintain Operational Reporting Portfolio: evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of Paid Leave processes, provide KPI-based reporting for decision-making.
• Client Engagement – understand data needs, educate clients on procedures, deliver reporting solutions via training materials and hands-on training.
• Innovation: contribute to data-driven initiatives, drive measurable value and continuous improvement.
• Start-up spirit: adapt in early program phases and support iterative growth of the team and processes.
