Qualifications

• 10+ years in data, cloud or large-scale distributed systems with leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, EMR, Hadoop/Spark and cloud-native data ecosystems.
• Python for automation and reliability tooling.
• Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Define reliability strategy for data platforms and cloud environments.
• Lead cross-organizational reliability initiatives and set SLO/SLI frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and represent RE in architecture reviews.
• Drive AI-enabled operations and observability.
