Highmark Health is seeking a Data Protection Engineer to implement and maintain its data protection infrastructure, including DLP and DSPM tools across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, configure policies, troubleshoot incidents, and automate tasks with PowerShell and Python, while aligning with HIPAA, NIST, and ISO standards.

The role requires 5 years in DLP and information security, cloud experience (GCP/AWS/Azure) and advanced certifications.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience with Data Loss Prevention.
• 5 years of experience with Information Security or Systems Analysis.
• 3 years of experience deploying and maintaining infrastructure for DLP software.
• 3 years of experience creating and managing DLP policies.
• 3 years of experience with at least two modern programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell).

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain data protection infrastructure across platforms, deploying DLP/DSPM and de-identification solutions.
• Collaborate on data protection designs across on-prem and cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Configure data protection policies, tuning detection parameters, managing exception lists.
• Troubleshoot data protection incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Assist with testing, implementation, and documentation of projects.
• Use PowerShell and Python to automate deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate to expand team knowledge on DSPM technologies.
• Stay current with data protection tech and compliance requirements.
