Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in the Data Protection & Privacy space to help clients define requirements and implement data protection solutions across lifecycle stages. You will work with an international team to protect critical data, classify information, and apply privacy controls in complex environments.

The role involves advising on products like DLP, data discovery, encryption, and PKI, with travel across the US and potential remote work. A CISSP/CISM/CISA-like posture is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with related work experience.
• Approximately 2–3 years of technical architecture experience.
• Knowledge of security concepts and methods (vulnerability assessments, privacy assessments, incident response).
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, OSI), OS fundamentals (Windows, UNIX) and security techs (firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Experience in three or more areas: data leakage, DRM, data classification, encryption, PKI, logging, secure storage.
