Job summary

Fetch is building a Data Product TPM to act as the internal coordination pivot across Sales/GTM, TAM, SE, and Data Product teams. You will shape the operating model, sharpen boundaries between roles, and create cadences and artifacts that keep cross-team work visible.

You will drive escalation management, drive prioritization, and maintain documentation to help the roadmap reflect recurring partner needs and delivery risks. A strong communicator will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager or equivalent role, with cross-team delivery ownership.
• Proven success leading large, cross-functional programs involving data platforms, data products, or delivery infrastructure.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss data models, pipelines, export and delivery mechanisms, connectors, and APIs.
• Ability to drive prioritization and manage dependencies across multiple engineering teams and resolve ownership issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal cross-team coordination pivot linking partner-facing roles with internal data product and delivery teams.
• Lead cross-team planning when work spans multiple Data Product teams, AMPS, or feature teams.
• Own prioritization and dependency management for shared-product changes, balancing partner needs with roadmap and capacity.
• Coordinate engineering estimates and secure internal approval before nonstandard commitments to partners.
• Lead internal response for major incidents, coordinating across SE, Data Product teams, and AMPS to drive resolution.
• Clarify and resolve ownership when issues cross organizational boundaries.
• Own internal launch-exception processes and coordinate launch risk when standard paths break.
• Maintain internal mitigation for escalation timelines while TAM handles partner-facing communications.
• Route recurring partner needs into the product roadmap and prioritize shared improvements.
• Engage only when cross-team work, shared product changes, or delivery risk require involvement.
