Job summary

Intuit’s Mid Market Product Development team seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to guide strategic programs from strategy through delivery, ensuring cross-functional alignment at every stage and translating priorities into measurable outcomes.

You will operate across the Mid Market organization, building trusted partnerships with leaders, driving operating rhythms, and steering large multi-team efforts with speed and purpose.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related roles.
• Proven ability to influence Directors/VPs without direct authority.
• Strong technical depth to engage with senior engineers and architects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Track record delivering complex, multi-domain initiatives with dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Leadership to unblock programs and guide delivery.
• Connect the dots across programs to simplify why, what, and how for stakeholders.
• Influence prioritization and tradeoff discussions across Product and Engineering leaders.
• Leverage AI tools and data insights to streamline program operations and accelerate execution velocity.
• Lead cross-team dependency forums and define program frameworks.
