Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technology, business analysis, or related fields.
• 5+ years of product ownership, product management, or data product experience.
• Experience working as a Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong SQL and data querying skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the customer by translating business needs into technical requirements for the data domain.
• Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap with stakeholders.
• Articulate technology vision and align business objectives with technical solutions.
• Design and implement data solutions with architects and engineering teams.
• Measure success via analytics and performance insights.
• Translate requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the backlog to maximize business value and support sprints.
• Facilitate communication between business partners and engineering teams.
• Provide data specifications and domain expertise to development teams.
• Promote adoption of data products across the business.
• Mentor junior product owners and team members.
