Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Senior Data Product Owner to drive discovery, strategy, and delivery for data products within the Retail Wealth Management domain. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business goals into actionable data solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with leaders, engineers, architects, and data professionals to define product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and maximize value.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technology, business analysis, or related fields.
5+ years of product ownership, product management, or data product experience with increasing responsibility.
Experience working as a Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Serve as the voice of the customer by understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements for Retail Wealth Management data domain.
Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Architect and document data solutions with engineers and data professionals; align with business objectives.
