Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Senior Product Associate for the Client 360 (C360) platform to drive innovative product development and optimization using user research and metrics.

You will collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver measurable value across JPM’s CIB ecosystem. You will contribute to discovery, requirements, and rapid Proof of Product cycles, delivering code-ready outputs and dashboards that enhance frontline workflows

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and its phases.
• Experience gathering user insights and translating them into requirements.
• Strong analytical approach for measuring metrics across the lifecycle.
• Ability to work with product managers, data teams, and engineers.
• Interest in AI/ML applications and data-driven product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Manager to identify new opportunities via user research.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of features on user experience.
• Support collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis.
• Analyze product metrics: time, cost, quality across the lifecycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories for development.
• Collaborate with cross-domain teams to aggregate data and validate value.
• Lead data product development through PDLC from discovery to delivery.
• Drive adoption and self-service data experiences across users.
