Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Senior Product Associate for Client360 to own end-to-end lifecycle of Financials capabilities, integrating data from internal platforms and third parties into a trusted reporting layer.

This hands-on role requires strong operating discipline, technical fluency, and cross-functional leadership to ship scalable, production-ready data products and improve user-centric service delivery across the CIB.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
• Knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Understanding of financial services landscape, especially CIB.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical toolkit and ability to query data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Manager to identify opportunities via user research.
• Plan upstream/downstream implications of new features.
• Collect user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the roadmap.
• Analyze and track product metrics across the development lifecycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories for development.
• Work with engineers on design and lightweight artifacts.
• Support agile ceremonies and day‑to‑day scrum activities.
• Coordinate with data teams to ensure end-to-end alignment and data quality.
• Build and validate SQL-based reporting and prototypes.
• Leverage AI capabilities while ensuring governance and security.
