The role leads initiatives in organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development, while accelerating digital and AI-enabled ways of working to build a future-ready workforce across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and workforce transformation.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
