Job summary
The Minnesota Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking a Senior Data Privacy & Practices Specialist to lead complex data governance and electronic discovery initiatives within the DPO. You will plan, analyze, coordinate, and implement projects related to records governance, data management, and compliance operations, ensuring defensible responses to data requests and investigations.
The role requires onsite work at 3200 Labore Rd, Vadnais Heights, MN, with limited telework, Monday–Friday, day
Qualifications
- Two years of experience coordinating legal services and providing administrative support in data practices or related environments.
- Experience with legal data governance, eDiscovery, and document management.
- Ability to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and storage systems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes, systems, workflows, policies, procedures and organizational practices to identify issues, risks, and improvements.
- Develop recommendations and process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-divisional project teams and present findings to leadership.
- Analyze and improve the DCT’s eDiscovery and document review processes.
