Qualifications

• 7+ years advancing Privacy Engineering, Security Engineering, Data Protection, Cybersecurity, or related technical disciplines.
• 5+ years designing and deploying enterprise-scale data protection capabilities including encryption, tokenization and DLP.
• 5+ years with Python, Java, Go or similar languages.
• 5+ years in cloud-native and DevSecOps environments with CI/CD and IaC.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional privacy, data protection, cybersecurity or compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise data protection and privacy engineering across structured and unstructured data.
• Design, deploy, and optimize Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) including encryption, tokenization, anonymization, DLP and data classification.
• Partner with engineering, product, legal, compliance, and cybersecurity to embed privacy-by-design principles and meet regulatory requirements.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments, threat modeling, and control evaluations to mitigate risks and support audits.
• Drive governance metrics, automation, and advanced analytics to strengthen privacy posture and operational efficiency.
