Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Data Privacy Engineer to advance enterprise privacy engineering and data protection across structured and unstructured data. You will shape architectures, governance, and automated solutions while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Product teams.

You will drive privacy-by-design, risk assessments, and PET deployment, ensuring compliance with GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA and supporting audit readiness across a major healthcare enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in privacy/security engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years in enterprise data protection with encryption, DLP, PETs.
• 5+ years in cloud-native/DevSecOps with IaC and CI/CD.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional privacy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and governance for data protection across structured/unstructured data.
• Design and deploy PETs like encryption, tokenization, anonymization, DLP.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments and threat modeling.
• Drive governance metrics and continuous privacy improvements.
