Job summary

Q2, a leading fintech platform, seeks a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and governance for PrecisionLender’s Q2 Assistant Platform, spanning Skills and AI-powered agents. You will define the platform evolution, align stakeholders, and create scalable AI capabilities.

Collaboration with Data, Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success is essential. You will translate client and business needs into a platform strategy, drive prioritization, and ensure governance and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
• Experience owning strategy and roadmap for a platform or suite of capabilities.
• Experience with AI-powered products, conversational agents, or similar software.
• Background in banking, financial services, B2B SaaS, or regulated industry.
• Experience establishing governance, prioritization, and quality standards across teams.
• Technical fluency to partner with Engineering and Data on architecture and AI systems.
• Experience developing business cases, pricing/packaging strategies, and investments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, sequencing, and lifecycle for Q2 Assistant Platform including Skills and AI agents.
• Define product strategy based on customer needs, market trends, and objectives.
• Establish governance and quality standards for core and custom platform capabilities.
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, forecasts, and investments for new capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Owners, and Data to prioritize work through GA.
• Monitor adoption, performance, financial results, and customer feedback.
