Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data delivery or data warehousing.
• Proficient with modern data platforms; Databricks preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with data governance concepts and Unity Catalog.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical data requirements.
• Excellent prioritization, organization, and communication.
• Vendor management experience; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate the high-level roadmap into an actionable sequence of work.
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Define data domains, schemas, and access models within Databricks.
• Develop understanding of customer value and future opportunities.
• Coordinate approvals for sensitive datasets with data owners.
• Measure value through pilots, KPIs, and feedback; adjust roadmap.
• Develop end-user communications, training, and marketing strategies.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate across product, data, and engineering teams.
• Identify synergies across products and reduce end-user friction.
• Monitor emerging technologies including AI for efficiency.
