Job summary

Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the centralized data platform for identity, device, and enterprise-wide customer data integration. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap to enable seamless cross-platform experiences and compliant data activation for analytics, personalization, and security.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Privacy, Governance, and Business teams, manage vendor relationships, and guide legacy data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in data product management or data engineering.
• Experience with identity resolution and data enrichment vendors.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Architecture, Privacy, Governance, and Business Teams.
• Manage relationships with identity matching and data enrichment vendors.
• Onboard new business units' data into the centralized data platform.
• Oversee data processes with upstream and downstream teams for timely decisions.
• Enable data activation for analytics, machine learning, and marketing.
• Engage stakeholders to prioritize requests and ensure compliant data delivery.
• Create product documentation including briefs and success metrics.
• Communicate launches and business impact to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and blockers across teams.
