Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, data architecture, incl. 5+ years leading senior engineers or teams.
• Proven experience architecting and scaling enterprise data platforms (lakes, warehouses, pipelines).
• Strong cloud data engineering experience with hands-on Azure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data engineering platform strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Lead design and scaling of data lakes, data warehouses, and large-scale data integration.
• Define engineering standards, CI/CD, observability, and operational readiness.
