Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Principal Architect to own the enterprise data platform architecture and drive the Data-as-a-Product transformation. You will lead a hybrid team across onshore/offshore resources, shaping standards and roadmaps that enable analytics, AI/ML workloads, and enterprise-scale reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in data/architecture, strong Azure Databricks/Power BI expertise, and a governance-focused mindset to ensure SOX compliance and audit

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data/platform/enterprise architecture roles.
• 3+ years designing/operating cloud-native data platforms (Azure preferred).
• Deep expertise in Azure Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Power BI, and Data Ops.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise architecture for the Azure-based data platform and DaaP transformation.
• Lead onsite and offshore resources across hybrid delivery models.
• Define platform standards, reference patterns, and roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Ensure platform supports analytics, reporting, and AI/ML workloads at scale.
• Govern RBAC, data masking, CI/CD, IaC, and audit readiness.
