Qualifications

• 10+ years building production software and distributed systems.
• 5+ years managing software engineers, hiring and developing teams.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and GitOps practices.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to align team work with platform architecture and business goals.
