Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Data Self-Service Platform team. You will guide development of a self-service data quality and AI-powered analytics platform that enables analytics teams to generate semantic layers and data models, accelerating insights and reducing manual work.

In this high-impact role, you will mentor engineers, align technical execution with business strategy, and drive end-to-end delivery of data modernization initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience with leadership/management
Experience leading full-stack teams (React/Python preferred)
Experience overseeing production-grade full-stack applications and gRPC/REST API development

Responsibilities

Provide strategic technical leadership for the Data Self-Service Platform (React/Python/Snowflake).
Manage, mentor, and foster the professional growth of a team of software engineers.
Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
Serve as a bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
