Harnham is seeking a senior Data Engineering Manager to own complex data initiatives and shape a scalable, reliable data platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving difficult data problems while mentoring engineers and setting engineering standards.

You will design ELT pipelines, own data modeling and ingestion, collaborate with product and analytics teams, lead from design through deployment, and raise platform reliability and observability.

Qualifikationen

• Expert SQL skills with proven performance on large datasets.
• Strong Python experience in data engineering or ELT.
• Experience with data modeling and large-scale transformations.
• Hands-on experience building and managing data ingestion pipelines.
• Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration framework.
• Linux/Unix experience and data quality handling.
• Previous leadership of a 3–5 engineer team.

• Provide technical leadership across data engineering including architecture and standards.
• Design and build scalable ELT pipelines for data products and analytics.
