Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, SRE or data platform engineering experience.
• 4+ years of leading high-performing technical teams.
• Deep expertise with Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Databricks, and related data tools.
• Familiar with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong data warehousing concepts and governance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead data platform strategy to enable insights and analytics across the organization.
• Set technical direction and drive architectural decisions for data infrastructure.
• Manage resources, headcount, and vendor budgets with an emphasis on ownership and rigor.
