Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced Data Engineering & Applied AI Lead Software Engineer within Asset & Wealth Management. You will drive AI-powered data platform development, mentor teams, and oversee secure, scalable software solutions across UI, APIs, services, and data pipelines.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in Software Engineering and 5+ years applied experience.
Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI outputs.
Knowledge of responsible AI practices, data sensitivity, and secure handling.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver AI-enabled platform capabilities powering data management products.
Advise on enterprise AI practices and secure coding standards; promote reusable patterns.
Develop agentic production data platforms with full stack ownership and orchestration.
Build workflow orchestration, batch/streaming integrations, and data contracts.
Lead end-to-end delivery of data management products across UI, APIs, services, and pipelines.
