Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our Central Data Platform team in Charlotte, NC. You will own end-to-end ELT development from ingestion to data consumption layers in Snowflake, and play a key role in data modeling, governance, and platform optimization.

You will collaborate with data professionals to design robust pipelines, monitor data quality, and evolve dbt and Snowflake environments, driving performance and reliability for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience developing and scaling dbt projects.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with Snowflake.
• Proven experience designing and managing security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in dbt and Snowflake implementations.
• Design, build, and manage data transformations and pipelines in Snowflake/dbt.
• Ensure robust data integration, performance, and reliability for data warehouses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation and governance.
