Job summary

BioAgilytix is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to lead enterprise data platform design, build scalable ELT pipelines, and implement governed data products supporting analytics, sponsor reporting, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, auditable data solutions using Snowflake, dbt, and modern DataOps practices, enabling AI initiatives and compliant data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in Data Engineering, Data Management, Software Engineering, BI, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years designing and supporting enterprise-scale data engineering solutions in production.
• 3+ years with Snowflake as primary cloud data platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable enterprise data platforms for analytics, operations, sponsor reporting, and AI initiatives.
• Build production-grade ELT pipelines from LIMS, ERP, CRM, APIs, sponsor systems, and cloud apps.
• Develop modular data transformation frameworks with automated testing, lineage, version control, and deployment automation.
• Implement dimensional models and semantic models based on enterprise definitions.
