Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our Central Data Platform team. You will own end-to-end ELT development using Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran, ingested data, and transformed datasets to empower business insights.

You will design scalable data pipelines, collaborate with data stakeholders, and ensure data quality, security, and governance across large-scale analytics environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Snowflake and dbt expertise across the data platform.
• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end ELT pipelines from source to data warehouse.
• Collaborate with data stewards to document source-to-target mappings and data lineage.
• Develop and test data transformations and ensure data quality and governance.
• Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure security and compliance in data processing and storage.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices across the team.
• Support the data warehouse and data marts for analytics use cases.
