Job summary

CLEAR is building THE secure identity company of the future. As a Senior Software Engineer, Data, you will design, build, and operate the next generation of our data platform and products—powering a networked digital identity while keeping member privacy, security, and reliability at the core.

You’ll implement scalable data pipelines, IaC/CI‑CD tooling, and collaborate with product teams to improve data reliability, security posture, and cost efficiency across environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data engineering experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience designing and operating scalable batch and streaming pipelines.
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms (AWS) and modern warehouses (Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Build and operate scalable data systems and pipelines end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain data products and models, enabling self-service analytics.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD for data projects.
• Improve security, IAM, observability, and cost efficiency of the stack.
• Collaborate with product teams to drive data initiatives.
