CLEAR is hiring a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to build the secure identity platform of the future from our New York offices. You will own complex problems from design through deployment, collaborating with Product, Design, Security and Operations to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend Java development experience.
• Experience with cloud-based application development (AWS).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to mixed audiences.
• Strong ownership and autonomous problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver backend and frontend code across the full stack.
• Define best practices in testing, documentation, and observability.
• Partner with product and stakeholders to uncover requirements.
• Own architectural decisions and drive continuous improvement.
