Job summary

Casepoint is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to lead high-complexity data initiatives, architect resilient multi-region data systems, and drive multi-team projects. You will act as a financial data management expert, building automated data acquisition tools and scalable update processes that power reporting and dashboards.

You will design optimized data structures and semantic layers for enterprise analytics, collaborate with finance, product, and BI teams, and mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software or data engineering for financial data platforms.
• Proficient in C, C++, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python and SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience building automated data acquisition tools and update workflows with Oracle.
• Design high-performance data structures and semantic layers for modern enterprise analytics.
• Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust data pipelines and automated data acquisition processes.
• Engineer optimized data structures and semantic layers for reporting.
• Architect multi-region database and data warehouse integration with Oracle backends.
• Lead multi-team data infrastructure projects from concept to delivery.
