7Seventy is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and maintain a high-scale data platform, processing 7 TB of data every 90 minutes to power BI and reports for partners.

The role blends hands-on data platforms with production software practices across Python, SQL, Airflow, Spark, Snowflake, S3, and Kubernetes on EKS, plus automated testing. Remote-first with optional NYC office access.

Qualificações

• 4+ years as a Data Engineer or Senior Data Engineer using Python and SQL.
• Experience with production data systems in a collaborative team.
• Experience using Apache Airflow for production orchestration.
• Experience using Tableau for BI.

Responsabilidades

• Design and plan data platform solutions with engineering leadership and product teams.
• Collaborate to implement high‑quality production data platform solutions.
• Own execution from technical design to production delivery.
• Share knowledge via code reviews, pairing, and training.
• Develop expertise in data ecosystem and reporting for internal/external partners.
