National Philanthropic Trust is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to turn governed data into reusable products for self-service analytics and enterprise reporting. You will work across Snowflake, dbt, IaC, and APIs to define data once and deliver it consistently.

The role combines analytics engineering with platform reliability, requiring collaboration with Product and business teams to ensure secure, observable, and well-documented data products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Design reusable, domain-focused data products in Snowflake and dbt.
• Define governed business rules and trusted metrics with domain owners.
• Build and optimize dbt models across staging, core, and consumption layers.
