Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience with enterprise database and data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with multiple enterprise database platforms and cloud data services.
• Experience supporting production systems with performance, security, reliability, and incident response.
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and least-privilege access principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, implement, configure, and support enterprise database and cloud data platform solutions.
• Lead hands-on implementation across SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Snowflake, and related platforms.
• Develop infrastructure, deployment standards, automation routines, and operational processes to improve reliability and security.
• Provide Tier-3 support for complex platform incidents and drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with enterprise architecture.
