Job summary

The Phoenix Group is seeking an experienced Data Platform Engineer to lead cloud-based data infrastructure, build scalable pipelines, and deploy AI-enabled data solutions for global BI and AI ecosystems.

You will manage enterprise data platforms, ensure security and performance, and collaborate across teams to onboard data sources and define ingestion standards. Strong SQL, Python, and CI/CD experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in data engineering or enterprise BI, with cloud warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise cloud data warehouse environments and manage access/security across multi-cloud/hybrid setups.
• Monitor and optimize data platform performance, security, and cost, ensuring SLAs and reliability.
• Design and support scalable data pipelines using CDC, ETL/ELT, API integration, and batch loads.
